Daniel also works as a director, currently in pre-production on a The Space Out There - a short documentary film that follows a man's solo journey across Australia's harshest wilderness - the Simpson Desert - by motorbike.The project aims to raise money for the Men's Shed.
In the meantime, he is dreaming up exciting things, and eating eggs everyday.
